Smart incubators, drip-irrigation control, greenhouse climate, automatic feeders and farm monitoring.
Robotics · Automation · IoT · AI
We design and build hardware and software that solves real problems on African farms, in clinics, on the road and in the grid, using parts you can source here and designs that cope with power cuts, dust and distance.

What we do
Mechanics, electronics, firmware and software, designed together and installed by the people who built them.
Smart incubators, drip-irrigation control, greenhouse climate, automatic feeders and farm monitoring.
Vaccine and blood cold-chain alarms, lab automation, patient-room sensing and assistive devices.
Perimeter sensing, surveillance integration, unmanned and remote-control systems, delivered under full licensing.
Solar pump controllers, battery and inverter monitoring, energy metering and backup-power management.
Tank-level and pump automation, water-quality sensing, purification controls and leak alerts.
GPS fleet tracking, vehicle telematics, fuel and driver monitoring, and asset recovery.
Cold rooms, post-harvest storage monitoring, processing automation and traceability from farm to table.
Custom robotics, machine retrofits, embedded controllers, computer vision and data dashboards.
Case study · Smart incubation
A poultry client was losing almost half of every hatch. We designed and installed smart incubators that hold up to 5,000 eggs each, then connected them to the farm manager’s phone.
Check the water tray. Chamber 37.5 °C, RH 49%.
How we work
A site visit, the data you have, and the result you need.
Mechanics, electronics and software planned together.
Prototype, bench-test and refine in our Nairobi workshop.
On-site fitting, calibration and hands-on staff training.
Live data, alarms and ongoing support after handover.
One team for mechanics, electronics, software and installation. No hand-offs, no finger-pointing.
We design for outcomes, like a hatch rate that went from 58% to 92%.
Locally sourceable parts, power-cut resilience and remote support built in from day one.
Over a decade of teaching means your staff understand and own what they run.
The Group
ProFuture Group brings together tracking, robotics education and career mentorship around our core engineering practice.
ProFuture Tracking
Real-time vehicle and asset tracking, geofencing, trip history and alerts for businesses and families across Kenya.
Get tracking →ProFuture Robotics
Robotics coaching for the Kenya Science & Engineering Fair (KSEF) and Young Scientists Kenya (YSK), plus school clubs, bootcamps and kits.
Bring us to your school →ProFuture Mentorship
Biweekly career mentorship for people at every stage, with guest speakers from engineering, business, health, public service and more.

What started as free robotics coaching for 30 students at one school has reached over 1,000 young scientists and grown into a full engineering group.
Pro bono robotics training starts at one school with 30 students preparing for YSK and KSEF.
The work becomes a registered business and the GPS tracking arm launches.
Over 200 tracking clients served by an 11-person team.
Incorporated to deliver robotics, automation, IoT and AI solutions at scale across Africa. This year our mentorship covered 68 student projects across several schools, bringing the total to over 1,000 students mentored since 2013.
Let’s build
Site visit, then a proposal with design, timeline and a clear quote. Then we build, install, train and keep watching it perform.
